The interview was an assessment where I had to work in the loading bay processing the deliveries for about an hour. All I had to do was strip the clothing out of its packaging, security tag it and put it on hangers. They offered me the job straight away.
Easy, casual chat, was asked basic questions, got shown around the shop, and was given an induction on how to complete various tasks as well as how to clock-in and clock-out etc.

Short telephone interview - informal chat to discuss availability and previous experience, which lasted about 15 minutes. Then brought in and shown round the store and the stock rooms, and fill out any paperwork.

Got a phone call to discuss application and to confirm that I was able to do the dates that were stated on the application form then I was invited to come in store to have an interview/in store assessment on a particular date.
