The interview process was extremely thorough. I interviewed on-site twice and met with 4 different people across communications and marketing. My interviewers we're all very eager to get to know me, hear why I was interested in the role and, specifically, why I wanted to work at MuleSoft. There were no "gotcha" questions but they consistently asked me to dig deeper and think critically about my work experience and how it would lead me to be successful in a role at MuleSoft. Overall I felt like my interviewers we're genuinely interested in getting to know me and figuring out if I was a good fit for the team. The recruiter and recruiting coordinator I worked with we're both exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the process. Going through an interview process where people across the board showed so much concern/interest in hiring the right people gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right decision to join the team.
