Entrevista
1) Started with a written test consisting of 20 questions ( quant + data interpretation + critical reasoning ) in 25 minutes, with negative marking. Cut off for the next round was around 60%.
2) Group Discussion Round: groups of 10 waa formed. 2-3 people selected from one group for the interviews.
3) Personal Interview 1: It was a puzzle round. 2 puzzles were given. Some basic HR questions asked.
4) Personal Interview 2: It was a also an HR cum Puzzle round. Many puzzles were asked. And then the HR questions.
After going through all this, the letter of intent was given at the end of the 2nd PI.
Written quant test with 20 questions, followed by group discussion, followed by 2 interviews which is a mix of behavioral and logic questions. Based on the performance in the 2 interviews there may be an additional 3rd round also required
