Generic questions, pretty easy interview process just make sure to know what the corporations mission is as they care a lot of about that. One interview with recruiters and one with supervisor plus manager.

Took forever to get a response back and I kept getting canceled last minute/ rescheduled. Scheduling for the interview was done all online, which was convenient. A lot of time slots are available. I understand its a big hospital with a lot of positions/ staff, but it's unprofessional to cancel last minute. I would just receive an automated email saying "sorry we missed your appointment, To re-schedule use the link below.." etc.

Very disorganized process. I applied online, then received a call from a recruiter. Recruiter reached out before our scheduled time to ask if we could meet earlier due to a meeting she had. I said okay no problem. Then she decided to go with the original time. On the day of, she still called earlier, catching me off guard. She was friendly though. Next came a phone interview with the hiring manager. Told me about the position, including hours, location, expectations, which were different from what the recruiter told me, so it felt like a bait and switch. I was put through to a Zoom interview after the phone call. Showed up to the interview 5 minutes early, waited around til 10 minutes past the scheduled start time, then logged off so I could try to reach out. I reached out through email to let them know I was online but no one else was there. They rudely claimed that they were there on time and I was the one that was late and declined to move forward.

Pretty straight forward honestly, the medical industry itself is pretty much learn as you move along. Important to learn the EMR systems hospitals have in place an you'll be fine.

Easy going and trying to see if you are a fit on the phone first. Helps to have CV ready to reach out with again once you apply online. Be patient.

Interview process for my particular unit was very thorough and honest. I was able to meet with the nurse manager and a few of the nurses who actually work the floor. They gave me full transparency of the type of environment i was coming into and wanted to make sure I was up for the challenge. Overall good experience for first nursing job

Interview not bad. Slight bait and switch with position posted vs positions they were interested in hiring it. People on the phone were very nice though. Seems like they have a good training program.

Pretty great interview process. I applied to various positions and was then contacted by HR to set a date for an interview with the nurse manager of the unit. The interview was great in the sense that I did not feel intimidated and the nurse manager asked questions in a way which made the interview more like a conversation.

The interview process was relaxed, but only because the interviewers were unprepared and often didnt know what to ask. It seemed like ot was their first time looking at my application while I was in front of them. Questions were resume-based and on my flexibility.
