a few days later i got contacted by a recruiter who wanted to talk to me about my experience. so i explained a little bit about myself and my past work. it was a fairly standard HR screen. I got rejected shortly after that, but only after I asked for an update.
not sure where it went wrong, but i guess they were looking for someone more experienced.

very efficient and smooth includes a written test with two long questions at the interview hr is very nice and responsive the interviewers were very welcoming generally an insightful interview

Fund pitch was part of the interview process. The HR would give you a fund and give you three days to prepare for your fund pitch. They ask you to prepare a deck, but don't tell you what format this fund pitch will need to be in, and so you are pretty much free to do whatever.
