Would never interview with them again. The whole process took over a month and required 2 phone interviews and a face to face just for a consultant position. In addition, it appeared that they were looking for any insight the potential consultant could provide in terms of solving their business issues. Needless to say, after they got the information they needed, they declined to make an offer.
