I was initially interviewed by telephone. From there, I took some online skills assessment tests. They were on the challenging side but not a big deal. They are basically the same style questions that will be asked on the Series 7. From there you need to make a business plan online. Finally, I went for some one on one interviews. I was interviewed by 4 people. They matched my present salary.

Interview process was very straight forward. I interviewed with the branch manager and was offered the position that same week. I chose to accept another offer from a competing firm.
