Apply online by uploading CV and cover letter and completing questions in relation to why you wish to work in the field you are applying to and why at Morgan Stanley. If successful you will be asked to complete numeric, logical and verbal reasoning tests. If successful you will be invited to a telephone interview which will test your technical skills. If this is successful you will be invited to an assessment centre at a London office where you take part in 1 competency based interview, 2 technical interviews and a group exercise.
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
