I interviewed with three people simultaneously who asked about my work experience, technical proficiency, and teamwork skills; everyone was experienced, professional, and courteous. We then toured the facility, seeing all the products they produce, talked about where they are used, and they answered all of my questions about what it's like to work at Moog.
