I applied online through their talent recruitment page, originally for a Quality Engineer position. One of their recruiters emailed me to schedule a phone interview which was mostly to briefly ask about my experience and why I was interested in Moog. It went well and she scheduled me for another interview with 4 different people from the site/department I was applying for, one which was the hiring manager. I talked to all four of them regarding my experience and concerns or needs for about an hour each over the course of two days. Overall, I appreciated that everyone was kind and seemed personal because they had looked at my resume and made an effort to relate to me. After the interviews, they said they would each rate me and then invite the top rated candidates to an onsite interview. There were some hiccups regarding the actual position, but the hiring manager ended up calling me letting me know that I had interviewed well and that he thought I may be interested in a similar, but different position (PQE). He told me about the position then scheduled me to talk to the other PQE and that went well. A few days after, they called me to let me know they were giving me an offer.
