- A recruiter reached out to me with a highly professional email
- We had a short phone screening
- I had 2 interviews, first the director over my team, then with another leader on the team
- Moved on to a "virtual onsite interview" where I had 30 minutes with each of the team members at my level
- Final interview with the hiring manager
- Then a final call with the recruiter when she extended my verbal offer and discussed comp/benefits
Overall very professional process that gave me a lot of comfort that I'd be joining a great team.

I was asked a variety of situational questions that I believe were part of a template that all interviewees are graded against.
Straightforward and standard on interview so just do normal practice and you’ll be fine. Product sense and analytics. The exec interviews want you to show strategy and what not. Everyone was kind and released during the interviews
I had 30 minute individual interviews with a design, product, engineering, and growth marketing lead. Each had a different case or behavioral study. I then spoke with a hiring manager, and the rest was history.

I remember the growth marketing lead asking me how I would measure the efficacy of a billboard ad.
It was straightforward, it had a couple of steps. It does take a long time so be prepared to wait. But the questions are interesting and makes you think, know the company really well, know why you want to work, know your strength and weakness
