Best HR interaction ever. I was contacted by Momentive HR for this role which i applied on LinkedIn. She took time to explain organisation , role and steps involved in hiring. During my Face to Face discussion, i had another senior HR round (which is missing in many organisations like VmWare , Intel etc) and had healthy discussion.
