A very straightforward process— 1. Phone screening asking about citizenship, other interview offers, and work authorizations. 2. Back-to-back 30 minute scheduled interviews. First with your team lead/manager, second with another manager on a different team. The first interview was more background and experience based questions. The second interview was more technical, asking about specific experimental techniques and what results to expect. Took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from them with a decision. The hiring team, managers, and process was easy to follow and very supportive from my experience.

2 screenings, one with the recruiter and one with the supervisor. Interview with the whole team and individually. Also had to do a power point discussion. Did another phone interview follow up and the Supervisor was rude , and condescending.

HR call, hiring manager interview, and team interview. You will talk to all the team members. I enjoyed the whole process and everyone was very humble and easy to talk with.

Smooth process. No hard ball questions. Just wanted to know about me and my capabilities. Very friendly. Spoke with one person during the interview. Did a walk threw to show me the plant.

The interview consisted of 2 x 30-minute interviews. The first interview was about my CV and my skills. The second interview was about company mindsets. Overall, it was a fair interview.

Was contacted via linkdin and had interview with EUC manager. Everything went good as far as i could tell. There was no negativity or anything and i was more than quailifed to do the role. Then they had me wait and i eventually had to ask for status update and was given some crap bland response "the team has decided to move forward in a different direction" so the TA's are just plain rude. Its a startup with startup thinking and manners by the looks of it.

I received an email that they were interested in setting up an interview. I set up the interview with the link they sent me. I waited for 15 mins before I sent them an email reminding them about the email we had scheduled. They never called or sent an email saying they were no longer interested. I anticipated them calling for about an hour before letting my guard down. Very unprofessional and a lack of respect of peoples time. Honestly, I was very disappointed since Moderna is a well known company.

One of the most responsive HRs. Involved a screening round of resumes, post which there were 2 rounds comprising technical expertise and finally the offer is sent out. The HR round is behavioral and the technical round focused on Python, SQL and Tableau.

About one week after I submitted the application, the recruiter emailed me and arranged three interviews with me. I got those three interviews in one day (two directors and one recruiter). It's conversational. Most of the questions asked about my interest and my previous experience.

Overall the process was disorganized and the position was not defined well, seemingly thrown together out of necessity to meet new project/product goals (I was told there was already a delivery deadline in place). I withdrew my application after the second round. Was contacted by an agency to interview with them for a contract position. Decided to go through the process and learn more. Off the bat I would say the job description didn't really explain the position, and didn't really get a good understand of what might be involved until the second interview. First interview panel was supposed to be with two people, one of which never showed up and never followed up. The one who did was not aware that they were my first round of interviewers and laughed when they found that out. They had only been at the company maybe 6-7 months. They also didn't know much about the position I was applying for and gave the impression that they were generally exhausted. Second Interviewer was the hiring manager (next day). A little more organized but one thing that really stood out is they asked me why I went to community college instead of a four year college to start. Not sure how that is relevant to the position (I have two BS's from a four year uni at this point) and seemed inappropriate/judgemental to me. Withdrew my application shortly after second interview.
