Disappointed overall with my experience interviewing with Mobomo. I interviewed twice (for two different positions) over the course of about 5 months. Both times I enjoyed meeting with the interviewers and was intrigued by the company and their work. The first time I waited about a week before reaching out for an update; I did receive a message back saying that they moved forward with another candidate. The second time, I reached out twice and received no reply. I understand that the hiring process can be time consuming when there is more pressing work to be done, but I found it incredibly unprofessional to ignore a candidate who has taken time off of work to come to the office to interview. Candidates have a lot riding on an interview and potential offer; to not even submit a response is disrespectful of their time and interest in the company.
