The interview process was carried out entirely online due to COVID-19 and safety concerns. The first interview was centered around general interest for the position, while the following two dove more into skill set and technical questions. Communication was kept throughout the entire process and every employee I talked to/met with online was extremely friendly and caring, which created a very comfortable environment.
