The interview process was nice. I received a phone call from a supervisor stating that she wanted to set up an interview for the position on campus. She asked for my availability and we agreed on a time. We met and she asked me various questions. I wore a suit. You have to look professional and prepared. On the application when I applied, you had to write an essay about a certain topic but I believe that has changed over time.

Waited maybe a week or two for a call for an interview. Interview was quick. Mostly questions about communication skills. I got a call back within that same week and got the offer. I worked at a capped amount of hours because of university rules.
