Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Meta (Menlo Park, CA) en oct 2017
Entrevista
I applied with an internal referral and heard back in around 3 weeks. We scheduled a phone screen which consisted of an algorithm question and a couple of minutes to chat. I had to email the recruiter to find out if I moved on to the next round (thankfully I did). They flew me out to Menlo Park for 3 on-site interviews back-to-back-to-back. The first was a technical with two questions, the second was behavioral and the third was another technical. I emailed my recruiter back at the end of the 3 week waiting period and got a prompt response back that I had not gotten the job.

There were an excessive amount of rounds with a high difficulty of questions for a new grad role. Everyone I spoke too was very friendly though! Study hard and you may be okay.
Asked me two leetcode hard style questions and I knew it was over for me. Interviewer was nice and tried to guide me along the right path but the question just wasnt clicking with me.

Tech were basic LC questions mostly from Meta tagged
Behavioral was also standard tell me about a time questions and deep dive into a project. A tech person was taking my behavioral, so went deep into why I used that tech and similar questions
