There is the first round with the hiring manager, and the 2nd one to present the assignment with higher management. Overall process is good. But the assignment took a lot of time and efforts.
Quick and simple. First round with direct manager, second with Manager's Manager. Relaxed and friendly approach, felt more like a conversation than just going through a set list of questions.

I applied for the position online and I was contacted back the other day. I went for an in person intreivew a week after with the hiring manage and another one another week after with the regional manager.
