I applied for the position online and I was contacted back the other day. I went for an in person intreivew a week after with the hiring manage and another one another week after with the regional manager.

Tell me about your self and experience relevant to this position. Some behavioral questions like how to manage multiple projects and handle stress.
There is the first round with the hiring manager, and the 2nd one to present the assignment with higher management. Overall process is good. But the assignment took a lot of time and efforts.
Quick and simple. First round with direct manager, second with Manager's Manager. Relaxed and friendly approach, felt more like a conversation than just going through a set list of questions.
