Interview was multiple rounds with multiple members of the team. I got all the way to the interview with the PI but ultimately got rejected. One interview did mention the job was a min of 9 to 5.

Zoom interview All of their questions followed the STAR framework For instance: Tell me about a time when… What do you do when… Have you ever… Give me an example of… Describe a situation…

Phone interview with Human Resources, followed by interviews with management and then HR in person or zoom. One final interview and online reference requests to at least three different people.

As soon as the phone interview process began it was doomed. She had no interest no energy. It’s like I was on the list and it needed to get done. Shame because I would have loved a real shot.

Email contact via HR. First virtual invitation for interview with the Private Investigator. Then in person Interview with entire lab members, then final follow up interview with PI asking about interaction with lab members.

In person interview, interview was a little late but I was constantly updated/checked on so still very professional. Great energy and manager was incredibly warm. Interview was about 40 minutes and I was given a tour of the unit after it was finished. Overall a very positive experience

Took 2 months to go through three rounds of interview. It's a very long process. First phone interview and staff interview, supervisor and then med directors. Asked all kind of standard and behavioral questions.

The interview process included several interviews and with many people inside the organization (department chair, section chair, unit section, clinicians, technical etc.), plus a presentation about a topic with questions.

Dr Paul Booth made me feel wonderfully comfortable and was incredibly supportive. It was great to have an interviewer who genuinely wants to mold a young professional well and help them succeed in the future.

The entire process was pleasant and fast. Met with 4 different people in the department, including staff, managers and the PI in the span of 2 weeks. Smooth and fast process. It was intense but enjoyable process.
