I was interviewed by the head Director, then again interviewed by the unit manager, then went through memorial orientation then a separate location orientation, along with obtaining my CPI and CPR.

It was a group interview and they asked about our qualifications and our flexibility. They wanted to know if there was anything that could possibly affect us as getting to work. Things like transportation, school, church, clubs, etc. They wanted to know how flexible we were on weekends.

Entrevista
The process took 4 days. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to meet with the nurse manager. Overall, it was a nice experience. I believe they had already selected someone for the position before I had my meeting with them. They had my resume and asked about my background. I asked several questions and it was a positive experience overall.
