Very straightforward. The HR recruiter was communicative and prompt with his replies. I interviewed individually with 5 team members before receiving an offer. The entire interview process took about 1.5 weeks.

I applied for this job through my university's job board, and heard back within a few weeks of submitting the application. The interview stages were:
1. Screening call with a recruiter
2. Half hour call with the hiring manager
3. On site - 5 1:1 long interviews, lunch, office tour (mostly behavioural)

Entrevista
I applied through linkedin and got an onsite interview opportunity. The telephonic screening was conducted by Matt and Das Narayanan was the recruiting manager. They were very polite and helpful. Was asked to appear for an onsite interview.
Medidata booked my tickets and asked to fly to NY. On the day of the interview, my flight got delayed due to bad weather and I was stuck in traffic. Therefore I reached late to Medidata's office.
The first few rounds were all related to the details I provided on my resume.
After that I was presented with a simple business problem by one of the senior members. This was the phase where which I was tested for my BA skills.

- Share an experience from the past where you failed to deliver or do your job correctly and how did you handle the situation
- If a Linkedin user registered with multiple email accounts, how would you design a feature which would help the end user to merge those accounts? The user should be able to merge all his contacts from the multiple accounts he/she has.
