This level of instability and poor communication reflects serious internal disorganization. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Medecision. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the internal culture.

A few days later, I was informed that I would not be advancing due to a lack of “recent and relevant healthcare experience.” However, this feedback seemed inconsistent with the discussion we had and the materials provided, which included direct examples of healthcare-focused work. Moreover: There appears to be a disconnect between the role’s requirements and how candidates are evaluated. The company’s 2.2 Glassdoor rating may reflect ongoing internal alignment or leadership challenges. Advice to Candidates If your experience exceeds the posted requirements or comes from parallel industries, be clear upfront about how your skills apply to the role. Ensure there’s shared understanding around what “relevant” experience means, particularly in regulated and cross-functional environments.
