It was an interesting process. I took a total of about 4 or 5 assessments before being hired. The Wonderlic assessment was interesting since it was timed. I’m sure this weeds out a lot of unqualified applicants so I feel a sense of accomplishment that I was chosen to be hired. HR was very attentive and guided me through the entire process. It didn’t take long, maybe 2 to 3 weeks after initial contact. It took about 3 weeks after I applied to be contacted initially. Background check and drug test was cleared within a week.
