A recruiter contacted me to apply for a job at Maximus. I applied for the position and completed three interviews with the hiring manager and the leadership team. After the final interview, I was told I would receive an email with the next steps. I waited for a week without any communication, so I emailed the recruiter about the application process. She informed me that I did very well and that they were waiting for the leadership to respond. She mentioned that she was out of the office but would update me when she had more information. Another week went by without any response. I emailed her again, but she ghosted me. After three interviews, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
