I went there along with my college friends as they had decent number of Vacancies. So we went there in the morning at First the HR gave the introduction related to company and then took the General Aptitude Test, It was quite easy and regular Topics with Questions normally asked in the general Aptitude tests. After that We had a C/Embedded C/HTML examination. It was a tad tough but u can get through the answers after you apply your logic.! Later the HR, asked us to have lunch and post Lunch I had my interview. It was completely practical and questions jumbled around C#, Database concepts and NET Fundamentals. I felt it quite easy as i had done a lot of work on those areas in the six months previously. Later had to meet with the R&D Head and i was confirmed employee of MAtrix that very day itself. ;)

There were three steps 1) writing Test : aptitude - it was included several question based on quantitative and verbal technical - 30 marks on c/c++ and 10 marks of embedded systems 2) coding test - asked simple program for matrix multiplication 3) Technical interview : question on academics , final year projects and basic fundamental concepts 4) HR interview
