First round was group discussion, then we had two weeks of training, then versant test, after that technical round. This was the interview process held at Maintec placement drive in our college

They are more concentrating on our communication. If you have good communication it will be well and good. Otherwise you have moderate means they will train you for improve your communication. By they are conducting group discussion, public talks for improving communication. I think once you get into maintec you will be trained for that position.
