Spoke with a recruiter at a campus job fair, received an interview. Interview was two parts, a case study then a behavioral. For the case, I received a list of 5 employees on my "team", and had to decide which one to coach based on a short bio and sales stats. The behavioral was fairly straightforward, but I was asked questions at a fairly rapid pace.

I applied on a handshake and revieved an email for an interview a few weeks later. I was interviewed by two individuals on zoom, each 30-minute sessions. Each session involved 15 minutes of answering questions about myself, and 15 minutes for me to ask questions.

Fairly standard. Very welcoming recruiters who were interested in meeting applicants. Two thirty minute interviews as a first round. Spoke to both HR and actual store managers who were highly knowledgeable.
