I recently applied to Machine Learning Reply and was immediately invited for an interview the following week. However, the interview itself presented several challenges and left me wondering whether the company was in good standing. The discussion lacked structure, with one interviewer arriving late, dominating the conversation and providing limited clarity on actual expectations, job tasks, hiring timeline and compensation details. Notably, the responsibilities described during the interview differed significantly from those outlined in the job description, particularly concerning an unexpected emphasis on sales activities. Additionally, I felt that my professional experience and skill set were not fully acknowledged or valued during our conversation, with dismissive remarks about non-technical skills and suggestions to undertake tasks misaligned with my expertise or to use my personal network for the benefit of the company. Concerns about billing practices and a lack of transparency further contributed to my decision to withdraw my application.

Three interviews was held, first initial 30 min. interview to get to know each other and also the background, second interview was technical on more specific topics that is matching your background (1 hour). Third interview was with general Reply HR (1 hour). They were quite fast in the hiring process, it got concluded in 2-3 weeks.
