Two face to face interviews conducted in a relaxing atmosphere. Discussion of when you're looking for and examples of your past experience are discussed in detail. The interview is conducted using two different managers, one of which is the hiring manager. Both managers evaluated your answers, your demeanor and how you will fit in the organization.
