I arrived early to my interview but they didn’t start until a half hour after my appointment. I told MMP to pick whatever date and time that worked for them and I’d work around it. It was obvious that I wouldn’t get the job when they were more interested in fishing for information about my current employer than my experience. To top it off, I was supposed to interview with multiple people and a decision would be made but that didn’t happen. I got the typical “we’ll call you for the next steps”. This ended up being the 3rd time I was ghosted by this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times because a recruiter contacted me. I figured they were just trying to meet a quota and didn’t pass my info along. Don’t get your hopes up if you do decide to interview with them. All they want to do is collect applications. It makes sense why there was such a drastic drop in positive reviews for this company
