I submitted my resume and got a call back pretty quickly for a phone screening. I had just one interview, but my situation was unique. After the interview, there is a separate application for a employment (if I recall correctly). They said that they had "expressed interest" in extending an offer. The application is also used to determine your salary.
Average experience. Had a call with directly with leadership. Asked me about my resume and experiences. Additionally, they asked me about my future goals. Did not go past the first round interview which was a 30 minute behavioral.
Standard questions regarding the coursework I listed on my resume. The position was communications so I got a lot of questions about signals and systems. A few questions about what I was interested in.

30 minute phone screening, 30 minute meet and greet with team + 4 1-hour long technical interviews (general topics provided beforehand) with technical staff and group leads, 30 minute HR call
