Expect behavioral based questions as well as skillset being questioned. Very relaxed and easygoing interview. Arrive on time especially if you are interviewing at one of the manufacturing sites the gate check in can take some time.

Entrevista
Interview was set up by the staffing agency, and met with the hiring principals. Discussed the scope of the job, and related aspects. They asked the basic questions to see if I was qualified, and to see if I would be a proper fit. The more we discussed the job, the focus turned to specifics and decided then and there, that they thought I would be more suitable for another function, which I won't mention here, as it may not be perceived as favorable.
