A recruiter reached out to me and set up a phone interview. He spoke to me for around 30 minutes and was very enthusiastic. The interviewer was in a rush to end the call from the beginning. I solved the question in time (~20 mins) but still got a reject.

During my system design interview, my interviewer kept silent most of the time.
No communication, and he seems to end my interview session as soon as possible.

Process is good. Not too exhaustive and they respond quickly. Recruiters are great too. I cleared all my interviews and I am in team matching since a very long time. Lyft does not give you an offer even after clearing interviews.
