I provided the store manager with my resume and received an email about an interview the same day. When I met with her she was friendly, and avoided cliche interview questions. She asked reality-based questions and tried to understand me to see if I would fit with her team.

This was an awesome interview. Very personal, it was not an intimidating, impersonal or pre-practiced interview. They take special care to gear the interview to who they are looking to hire.
