First round was to complete a LogicMonitor assessments which involved cognitive assessment: math and logic. This was nonese in my opinion and a waste of time but I see the logic. The second round was with HR for a brief chat on what you are looking for and to give you some more information on LogicMonitor and what they do. The third round was for HR to watch you do the cognitive assessment again but this sharing your screen and webcam so she can watch you. The feedback was poor and I was sent a generic email that stated "While we regret to say that we won't be moving forward with you in this role, we do want you to continue exploring a career path at LogicMonitor. " I wouldn't worry to much of the cognitive facade and unless you are really interested in working for LogicMonitor for your own reason. 🚫 I would stay away from this company! 🚫

The interview process was very responsive and personable. The company recruiter was compassionate and ensured that I had all the necessary resources to give my best effort at the interviews. There was clear communication during each step of the process and all of my questions were answered.
