In the beginning it was a phone interview, then I went for interview with the manager in person , the manager was really friendly and he did some background check, also he explained the job very carefully.

I was contacted by the Barcelona team which supposedly reviewed my CV and then offered me a quick phone interview with one of the Teamlead of the Madrid office. This "interview" was short, and the guy spoke pretty bad english (very strong spanish accent). I really felt like he did not read my CV, nor did he listen to my answers. I don't think he was playing dumb, but just that he genuinely wasn't very good at leading interviews, or did not care much. After that I was offered to perform a test that was fairly easy. At the end, they did not even contact me to tell me I was not taken, I had to contact them... It seems locteam is really not professional when it comes to their recruitment process.
