5 interviews plus a phone screen. Initial interview was 1-1 with a program officer. 2nd interview was a panel of 3 staff members. 3rd interview was with the regional VP for western state branches. 4th interview was with the Los Angeles branch CEO. 5th interview was with the LA branch CEO again.

I applied online on 7/19/23. I received an email shortly after inviting me for a 30 minute phone call with the department higher up. I scheduled the call on 7/28/23. The person went over the position responsibilities and asked about my background, why i wanted the job, how i stay motivated with tedious work, and if i had any other questions. She said they were looking to hire sometime late september and asked if that was okay. I said yes, its been over a month since my phone call, but just got ghosted.
