Initial contact seemed alright, but they somehow managed to "confirm" a follow up interview that I was never notified of. Fortunately, I was able to complete that interview since they happened to call at a time I was available.
Although I was ultimately rejected after a meeting with a hiring manager, Lithic provided no feedback whatsoever. Just a "thank you" email.
Compared to other places I am interviewing for, I was COMPLETELY unprepared for these interviews. There was no communication aside from sparse emails from the recruiter and none at all from the technical interviewer, despite them saying I could reach out with questions (he never relayed his email).

Describe a system you implemented from scratch whether it be a side project, or something you did in your capacity as a senior developer. It should be something that illustrates your ability to construct a distributed application; it should be more complex than a simple LAMP stack application.

Process was usual. Technical round, design round, manager round. Took 2 weeks to get me the offer. Then asked me to reply within few days. When I accepted, they reduced the salary. I had already given notice at my current place. I still didn't take the offer. Don't work at a place where unethical behavior is fostered. Stay away from this place.
