First there was a telephonic screening round in which they asked some web based testing related questions and general testing related questions. They also asked to write code through collabedit tool. After that they called for an onsite interview. There were 4 rounds. One was taken by the manager, another one by a qa autoamtion lead, one by peer QA, and one by a developer in the team I had to work. All the people were nice and friendly and asked some good coding related and web testing related questions. They asked me to write code on white board. Optimize the solution, come up with different scenarios to test it.
