After submitting my resume through my career services website, I got contacted by phone for a claim's training program asking me to set up a phone interview. The interview seemed really unprofessional especially when she missed our interview time and wanted to have an interview an hour later than planned. The interview just consisted of going over my resume (asking about each experience and what I learned) and then asking a few behavioral questions.

Applied/submitted resume on campus and was pre-selected for an in-person interview. Interviewed on-campus with a recruiter. She was nice and very conversational and lasted about 45 mins. Between submitting resume and in-person interview, she asked me to apply online as well through their website, and complete an assessment (asked personality questions; vocab questions; "what would you do" type of questions; math calculations; and a timed simulation of fast-paced multitasking that involved more math calculations, replying to emails from coworkers' questions, listening to voicemails, and answering questions regarding said emails and voicemails that all would consistently build up in your inbox). Was moved to next round of interviews, which was with a group manager of claims specialists (she was my "would-be" manager if I were to be hired and then graduate from training program -- so make good on your first impression!). That interview lasted around half hour, and involved all STAR type questions. Afterwards, got to job shadow a lady who seemed my age (22) and had just finished the training program. Haven't heard back yet from whether will be offered position or not.

I applied online and received an email from the recruiter saying I was selected for a phone interview. I gave her a call after replying to the email with my availability for a phone interview for the next two weeks because I hadn't heard from her. (SO, if you get an email from a recruiter don't be afraid to call them and follow up because it really makes you stand out among the hundreds of other candidates) We scheduled a phone interview for a few days later. After going through a few STAR behavioral questions she told me about the training program, I ended up getting a interview in the Lawrenceville office. I was extremely nervous after reading all the reviews on Glassdoor but surprised to find how nice and laid back the interview was. I did tons of research on the company and had lots of scenarios ready for the behavioral questions I was anticipating. They didn't ask me anything about Claims, Liberty Mutual as a company, why I wanted to work there... It was more about my experiences in college and pretty much discussing decisions I've made in the past.

Entire process took more than 1 month. I applied online, waited a month then received an email asking for phone interview. Originally set up a phone interview and while I waited for the recruiter to call me I received no call, checked my email, and they needed to reschedule. Once i finally got the phone interview asked me basic behavioral questions related to my previous jobs.
