One of the most disjointed experiences I have ever been through - 4 rounds (HR screen, Peer Interview, Manager Interview (COO) and Panel Interview + Case Study/Presentation). Final Round - Case Study Presentation - Came last minute right before the weekend and required some time to answer two different scenarios. Fine - I spend the time to do the work and prepare. Jump forward to the panel interview. Noone took the lead during the interview, I ended up running the show and doing time checks. There was no intros from the panelists on who they were - I knew ahead of time since I did my HW. 2 of the 3 panelists could care less and were multi-tasking while the 1 panelist eventually took the reigns and was asking most of the question (he was the one I spoke to in Round 2). If you are making candidates put together 2 presentations, at least show some respect and interest in what they did - they are not getting paid to do this work for you, BEFORE they are even hired. It's been 4 weeks - haven't heard a peep from HR on a decision. I assume I did not get the position. It was the final round; show some courtesy and provide a decision either way. Speaks volumes about the company on how you would treat your FTEs. Just do better.

Recruiter was nice however their practices are not moral. They will make you produce a case study, not let you present it, then at the final round ghost. They wanted a case study to keep, not a person to hire. The interviewers also were tremendously under qualified. I had high hopes for LA, but having the recruiter call me to spend 20 minutes asking for feedback before giving me a no, was also highly unprofessional. Doing free work with no desire to high is terrible.

Great initial 1:1 conversation with a senior leader. We established next steps (1:1 interviews with 2 other executives), then never heard from them again. Always disappointing to be ghosted by a CXO.
- How have you worked collaboratively with cross-functional partners in the past?

I was reached out to my a recruiter on LinkedIn and immediately was interested in what the position was! I had some trouble on the first interview accessing Microsoft Teams but the recruiter was happy to do a phone call instead. From there on, I chatted with the VP of Sales and then moved onto the presentation with my manager and the same VP. The presentation went really well and I got great feedback. I ended my interview process chatting with the chief people officer who really sold me on joining. I had another offer the same day and the people at LA sold me. I got the offer the same afternoon and after a quick negotiation I signed the following day! The whole process was so quick and smooth.
- How would you handle a customer who wants a refund for a package that was already purchased and they didn’t implement it?

The HR interview was quick. It took 15 minutes still waiting for the feedback and it's been 2 days. At the interview started, HR gave me information about the team and asked me about my experiences and etc.

Smooth! I worked with an outside talent company when applying and the transition from outside recruiting to internal was seamless. Everyone was friendly and the communication has been stellar. I had a total of 4 interviews: screening, hiring manager, panel & VP. Scheduling was quick and everyone was on time. Overall, a good experience!

Applied, first communication back was 14 days later. A 30 min video call was booked with HR. I was prepared to talk more, but it was unclear if time was available to do so. The hiring process was explained when I asked about who I would be speaking with and who made the hiring decision. They do have a 3 step interview process with an intense 2+ hour interview with mock-sales-pitch portion for final step. I could have asked more questions about Tech or the position, but the conversation was tricky with zoom.

Upon submitting my application, I did not receive an acknowledgement or confirmation email which I thought was odd. The initial interview with HR felt rushed and very stilted. I got a definite sense that they held themselves in very high regard and that most people aren't good enough to work for them. Not a great impression to leave on a potential new employee.
- What's your project management style?

A 3rd Party Recruiter reached out from ConnectedWell and had a great conversation with them and made it sound like I would be a great candidate for the position and let me know what the next steps would be. I shared my background information with them and I also talked about my interactions with big named organizations. After a pleasant talk with the recruiter, 2 days after I received an email that the hiring manager did not select my resume. This was a deceiving experience because there was a 3rd party recruiter reaching out saying I would be a great fit and they wasted my time before even talking to a hiring manager if they would even select my resume.

The interview process was seamless. The recruiter was incredibly nice and friendly and clearly explained who I would meet with throughout the entire process . It consisted of a call with the recruiter, call with the manager, role play, and top grading. After I got the offer, the recruiter answered my countless questions so that I knew I was making the right decision to join Level Access.
- The recruiter and hiring manager asked questions to understand my experiences
