Had 2 interviews with different guys, with a test in between with relative simple questions about account management and the landing jobs platform. Everyone was nice and the mood was very relaxed.

Entrevista

Had the interview with the co-founder. Great guy, driven by its vision, but in the end I think it was just a hoax. He contacted me directly asking to do a case before the first interview which looking back was strange, and details he already had a marketing manager at the time. I did the case, and updated it following the interview but in the end got no contact at all after. Months later the marketing strategy looks inspired from something I know of, and haven't seen any new manager in the org yet..

Entrevista

On the first interview I met one of the founders, the head of marketing and the head of product. It was a nice conversation where I got to show my work. I then got to do a challenge, and had a second interview with the other co-founder and the head of product. The feedback during the process was amazing and very fast.

After I applied for the interview, I was contacted by Landing Jobs for a skype interview. Although I didn't fill the requirements for the job I was applying, it was a very pleasant process and they were honest with me the whole time, and gave me the feedback I needed.

I went to the cultural fit interview and it was a good experience. It happened like a normal informal talk where the interviewer only asked me for any questions that I might had while I talked about myself.
So the talk could go anywhere, and we talked a lot about my interests, while I took the opportunity to ask more about the position.

2 Skype interviews with different people.
1 Visit to the office and chat with the same people I spoke previously.
Easy, fast and overall very easygoing. Above all very modern helpful talks.
All the people I spoke to were very understanding and had a deep knowledge on how to conduct interviews and deal with candidates.

I went there and they basically forgot I had an appointment. José Paiva is a really arrogant person. Almost never looks eye to eye and just makes you feel uncomfortable.
