It has three rounds of technical interviews and HR called me for the all the documents. after one week got an email like I didn't clear the interview. why making this much rubbish thing. this is the first time I am getting this much of bad experience from a company.

Entrevista
Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL
It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks
Initial Interview: A one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager to discuss qualifications, experience, and role alignment.
Assessments & Technical Rounds: Candidates may complete assignments, such as coding challenges, case studies, or presentations, to demonstrate practical skills.
