The interview process constructed by LPL left me with a very negative view of the company. I underwent 5 separate "interviews" as a "finalist" only to withdraw my application due to the company's unprofessional behavior. Many companies have slow hiring (3-4 weeks), but LPL is unorganized and doesn't respect its applicants time. I would not recommend LPL to applicants looking for a healthy management-employee relationship.
