The interview was all about the requirements of the job and very little about my abilities for the job. I was required to take an online assessment at home. The only interview was the in-person interview. The assessment was used as the determining factor in not making the job offer.

Online, then I called the store. Typical run around but I kept calling till I was told to call HR. 3 calls I spoke with someone that advised the store would reach out.
Not overly formal. Standard questions you would expect to be asked in interview. Two step process for me. Pretty straight forward questions and overall pleasant experience. Staff was nice and inviting.
It was a group interview and the manager showed up 15 minutes late. They were short tempered and seemed to want to rush it along. She asked us to leave and said we would hear back that day. Nothing.
