Since it is right before the holidays and there is a lot of hiring and training going on they kind of forgot about me. My interview was scheduled at 1 p.m. I got there and 12:46 I didn't go back for my interview till 1:44 p.m. and I when i did get to sit down and answered 6 questions taking about a total of 10 minutes at the most. She said they would call be calling people next week for a 2nd interview / orientation.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Entrevista
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
