I applied online through snagajob.com. 2 weeks later they called me to come in for an interview in a couple of days. It was a group interview. The recruiter asked 3 basic customer service questions & one scenario based question, because he felt like it, about your credit card sales skills. They are all about selling their credit card so if you're good at persuading people then this is the job for you.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
