Basically they took us in a room (10 interviewees) and we took turns answering the question. We had to raise our hand to answer questions and he was looking for participation. After going over the company, he asked 4 of us to stay behind to "fill in missing parts of our application" and dismissed the others. Essentially we were offered the jobs. Had to fill out additional new hire paperwork. The whole process took about 1 hour 15 minutes.

What would you do if a customer asked you about an item and you were new to the store?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
