I submitted a cover letter and resume and was called shortly after by someone in HR. After that phone call, I had a video interview with my potential supervisor. I was very disappointed that I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks and never did. I followed up and still nothing. It was disheartening to learn I didn't receive the job simply by waiting and not hearing back. Very unprofessional.
